JILA SAHKARI KENDRIYA BANK MARYADIT, DHAR (the "Bank") is aware of its client's demands concerning the confidentiality, safety, and security of their personal data stored with the Bank. Three categories of data are gathered by the bank: non-personal, sensitive personal data, and personal data.

(b) Sensitive Personal Data or Information:Passwords, financial information (bank account, credit card, debit card, or other payment instrument details), sexual orientation, physical and mental health conditions, medical records and history, biometric information, nominee details, and national identifiers (Aadhaar card, passport number, income, PAN, etc.) are examples of sensitive personal data or information. Personal information concerning the transaction is gathered for clients who are enrolled in the Bank's services, like online RTGS/NEFT/INTERNET VIEW FACILITY.
For the purposes of these regulations, any information that is readily accessible in the public domain or provided in accordance with the Right to Information Act of 2005 or any other currently enacted legislation will not be considered sensitive personal data or information. The bank company that manages your account or is handling your application for a new good or service has access to the information you submit online.
(c) Non-personal Information:Along with other details like browser specifications, operating system, and the name of the website that redirected the visitor to the Bank's website, this information also contains the IP address of the device used to connect to the Bank's website. Additionally, the Bank and its affiliated businesses use cookies and/or pixel tags to gather data and store your online preferences when you visit our website or receive one of our emails.
CHOICE:
When the Bank collects a customer's information in a legally authorized manner, the customer will be asked for their consent. Additionally, the options for supplying personal information will be explained to the customer. Information will only be gathered if it is necessary to provide services or to comply with the law.
ACCURACY:
The Bank has procedures in place to guarantee that the personal data it holds is accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive. SECURITY:

RETENTION:
As mandated by regulatory provisions, information may be kept for ten years or for as long as necessary to fulfil the specified (and disclosed) purpose.
